Single day (no overnight stay) - $180
Overnight stay private room - $280
Overnight stay shared room (shared bed) - $220 pp
Spring is an amazing time to plant seeds of intention that will take root and grow over the summer months. We will move and breathe and ponder what shifts are happening and need to happen so we can welcome in this new energy and take root into what best serves this new season ahead.

Saturday Schedule
9am - arrival - coffee, tea, snack
10am - 90 min yoga class - jounaling
12pm - Brunch
1-4pm - Free time - hike/hotub - hang
4:30pm - cacao ritual and intention
5-7pm - Dance as Medicine
